Goodwyn is an historic former bank building
located in the heart of Downtown Memphis. Recently renovated to become condos, Goodwyn has re-established its status as the iconic building it once was. The residential crest, inspired by 17th century French engravings, is derived from the swag located on the roof's wall. Foil-stamping by Pepperite.
